About ResourceAbility

ResourceAbility, LLC was founded in 2005 by Kelly Berry to help meet the needs of small business owners in Western Wisconsin. Pam Baughman joined the business in 2006. The combined skills of both owners provide a wide range of experience not normally available to small business owners in Western Wisconsin. Our goal at ResourceAbility it to help local entrepreneurs learn how to better understand their business and their customers so that they can take their business to the next level of success.




About Kelly

Kelly Berry is the founding member of ResourceAbility, LLC. Prior to starting the business, she had over ten years of experience in the service and manufacturing industries, with a focus on project management, data analysis, and market research. She also spent four years lecturing at UW-Eau Claire in the College of Business. Kelly holds an MBA from UW-Eau Claire and a BA in Applied Mathematics from Drew University.

Kelly’s key assets in helping your business are her research and analytical abilities, her strong organizational and business writing skills, and her ability to keep a project on task and within scoped parameters. She also enjoys staying up to speed on the latest marketing techniques to help small business clients! Kelly has been a frequent guest speaker for Western Dairyland Women’s Business Center and is an active volunteer for Junior Achievement and Downtown Eau Claire, Inc.’s Marketing Committee. She is a Past President of the Noon Alliance BNI (Business Networking International) group.




About Pam

Pam Baughman has been a consultant with ResourceAbility since early 2006 and became an owner with Kelly in 2007. Pam is an expert in financial analysis and business process. Her experience ranges from being an auditor with a Big Four Accounting firm to being a Controller at a manufacturing company to being a financial analyst in the high tech industry. She is a CPA and she has an MBA as well as a BA in Accounting from UW-Eau Claire.

Her comprehensive background has given her hands-on experience in real business processes. She has the unique ability to see the “big picture” and still be able to understand the underlying financial issues. This helps her improve efficiencies in process while ensuring that financial requirements are being met. Pam is the President of the Cornell School Board and founder of the local Little League baseball program.
