Our Process
How do we do it? Whether you are seeking market research advice, assistance in making a key business decision, or a more efficient method for collecting customer information, we follow the same approach. The process is simple enough – but it is the combination of your knowledge of your business and our business knowledge that makes the difference.
Step One: ASK
We start by asking lots of questions about your business -- who, what, where, when, why. This helps us to understand how you run your business today, how you got where you are, where you want to be, what you want to change, etc.
Once we have collected all this information about your business, we will put all our information into an initial assessment – to be sure that we are on the same page.
Step Two: RESEARCH
With your permission, we will interview your employees, customers, suppliers – any sources of information that can help us better understand how your business is run, what works, and what doesn’t.
Using sophisticated web searching techniques and other methods of research, we will seek out information on local competitors, targeted customer markets, and similar businesses in other geographic locations to collect information on “best practices” and gain competitive intelligence – whatever information we need to help solve the problem at hand.
Step Three: ANALYZE
Using the information we collected directly from you and your associates/customers, along with the online and other secondary information, we will address the situations we mutually agreed upon and seek out solutions, through the use of data collection, management and analysis.
Step Four: RECOMMEND
Based on our extensive analysis of the information we gathered, we will recommend possible solutions to the problem at hand, including costs, time commitments and implementation suggestions. You may be surprised at what we find and how easily a minor change can solve a problem you’ve been wrestling with for years.
Back to Step One: ASK - AGAIN
Following our recommendations and suggestions for implementing a change, we will follow up with a review of your goals from our initial assessment. Have the implemented changes helped? Are you making progress? Can you see a difference?
